For our 2025 winter blend this year, we've sourced two origins, Gore Gesha, Ethiopia, and Atitlán, Guatemala, and crafted them by the Omer Family and Christian Starry, using a balance of carbonic maceration and washed processing. The Ethiopian component adds lifted fruit aromatics and lively structure, while the Atitlán washed lot grounds the cup with sweetness and warmth.
Each coffee is carefully chosen to create a blend that's both nostalgic and inviting, with a hint of boldness that sparks curiosity.
Enjoy the tasting notes of fresh cranberry and dried fig, followed by a warm, pastry-like sweetness reminiscent of orange roll.
