Gori Gesha Coffee – Natural Process
The Gesha Farm has steadily gained recognition for its innovative approach to coffee cultivation. Located at a lower elevation of 1,400–1,684 meters in a warmer region of Ethiopia, the farm stands apart from traditional highland origins like Yirgacheffe and Guji.
In the 2023–24 harvest, Gesha covered 200 hectares and yielded 8.7 quintals of green coffee per hectare. Expansion is planned during the upcoming rainy season.
At Tracon, diverse fermentation techniques are employed—Carbonic, Anaerobic, Lactic, Honey, Natural, and Washed.
This Natural lot was dried for 17 days, resulting in a vibrant cup profile.
